BENIN: Capacity Building support to manage affermage and operate two fecal sludge treatment plants in Cotonou

The objective of this activity is to facilitate the development of a contract management framework to aid in the operation of two fecal sludge treatment plants in the Grand Nokoue area. These efforts will be bolstered by tool development and capacity building of government staff responsible for contract oversight. The scope of the proposed activity is well aligned with the preliminary assessments of the ACUI assessment.
