AFRICA: ECOWAS PPP Phase II Support

The objective of this consultancy is to support the ECOWAS in: 
(i)    developing a regional PPP project screening tool 
(ii)     screening and prioritizing  ECOWAS’s regional infrastructure/ PPP project pipeline using the tool developed in point (i) above
Under this activity, the main client will be ECOWAS Commission and its specialized agency the PPDU (member states will also be involved actively as relevant).
