PPIAF Supported this seminar which was IFC co-organized on public-private partnership (PPP) capacity building, which was held in Dakar, from 22 to 26 April 2013. The event aimed at strengthening the capacity of Senegal’s government officials, with a view to increase private sector participation in the delivery of critical infrastructure services, through well-structured PPP arrangements.
