Africa 2015 Infrascope

This document is the first edition of an informational tool and benchmarking index that assesses the capacity of countries in Africa to carry out sustainable public–private partnerships (PPPs) in infrastructure. The study is based on a methodology developed in 2009 and revised in 2010 for Latin American countries, and replicated in this edition for African countries. The analysis and content of this index covers the period between November 2014 and January 2015. The index was built by The Economist Intelligence Unit (EIU) and is supported financially by the World Bank Group.
