VIETNAM: Strengthening Sector Performance for Rail Transport Services in Vietnam

Supporting strategic review for the railway subsector and business reform. The activity conducted a diagnostic assessment to identify possible options for reforms, and assisted the Ministry of Transport to develop a strategic business plan to implement the preferred option, incorporating private-sector participation in the sector.
