VIETNAM: Strengthening the legal and institutional framework for enabling private sector participation in water sector

The objective of this activity is to provide technical assistance in Vietnam’s pursuit of legal and regulatory reform of the water sector. Specifically, this work will strive for the creation and fostering of an enabling environment which allows for greater private sector participation within Vietnam’s water sector.
