VIETNAM: Private sector participation in solid waste management

The objective of this work will explore the limitations and potential for private sector participation in Solid Waste Management (SWM) in Vietnam. It will analyze the main regulatory, financial, and institutional constraints for private sector participation and provide alternatives to increase their role as service and infrastructure providers.
