UGANDA: Institutional Readiness Program for The Ugandan National Roads Authority (UNRA)

Partnering with IFC and TMEA, PPIAF helped further strengthen the institutional support to TMEA. PPIAF supported on two key aspects: (1) Development of a tolling policy for UNRA; and (2) Development of an investment appraisal guidance tool (e.g. cost-benefit analysis)
