TURKEY: Technical Assistance Program for Sub-National Financing

PPIAF provided tailored support to ten municipalities to support a pilot of potential borrowing transactions to finance priority infrastructure projects. This activity also assisted the central government to strengthen its coordination mechanisms and policy framework for financing sustainable cities.
