TANZANIA: Developing Framework for Reducing Non-Revenue Water through Performance Based Contract in Dar es Salaam Water and Sewerage Corporation (DAWASCO)

The specific objective of this PPIAF intervention is that DAWASCO is able to launch a demonstration PBC contract that will expand their options and capacity to manage NRW. To achieve this outcome, the following outputs will be produced: a detailed design and cost estimates, tender documents, draft PBC, and a market sounding report. This activity falls under PPIAF’s global PBC NRW reduction program.
