SRI LANKA: Supporting the decarbonization of the bus transport sector with private capital mobilization solutions

The objective of this activity is to support the decarbonization of the bus transport sector in Sri Lanka by promoting e-mobility solutions under private capital mobilization arrangements. The specific activities will include:
(i) Improving the bus transport sector in Sri Lanka through critical regulatory and institutional improvements, and
(ii) Identifying opportunities and key challenges for deploying e-buses and charging infrastructure with private investments.
