SOUTH AFRICA: Durban Performance Based Contract for NRW Reduction

This activity follows from a previous assistance to eThekwini Water and Sanitation (EWS) that defined a concept for a pilot project for Performance-Based Contract for Non-Revenue Water (PBC for NRW). This activity will develop the project concept into a project and transaction design that will allow the project to attract private financing and be implemented as a PPP.
