This activity will support the assessment of the market potential and existing regulatory frameworks to promote mini-grids and standalone solar PV (solar power) systems usage. It will establish a set of policy, institutional, and regulatory framework recommendations and conduct capacity building sessions for potential beneficiaries and the private sector.
