SIERRA LEONE: Asset Management Strategy Development in Support of Pilot Output and Performance-Based Road Maintenance Contracts

In 2014, PPIAF provided a grant to the Government of Sierra Leone to prepare an appropriate Asset Management Strategy (AMS) supporting the Sierra Leone Road Authority (SLRA) in the development of good asset management practices, in order to ensure that available funds are used efficiently and effectively. The output of the study includes two parts including (i) a Review of Current Asset Management Practice and (ii) Development of an Asset Management Strategy.
