SENEGAL: PPP program phase III - Accelerating the operationalization of PPP institutions

Building on the findings of the rapid assessment (prepared under the Africa Critical Upstream Initiative) and the Senegal PPP program Phase II, this new activity aims at supporting the full operationalization of the country’s PPP program by:
i)    Updating PPP guidelines;
ii)    Finalizing the fiscal commitments and contingent liabilities framework;
iii)   Development of Climate-Smart Toolkit;
iv)   Drafting a 5-year business plan to the project preparation fund (FAPPP);
v)    FAPPP Operations manual;
vi)   Strategy for municipal PPP projects;
vii)   Capacity building activities and knowledge transfer.
