SENEGAL: Improving Fiscal Revenues for the City of Dakar

Following the recommendations of the Public Expenditure Financial Accountability assessment (PEFA), which was funded by PPIAF with the support of Agence Française de Développement (AFD), this activity analyzed the effectiveness of the revenue collection process which were the effectiveness of the advertising revenues and the existing efficiency of local taxes.
