RWANDA: Urban Mobility Support - Kigali Dedicated Bus Lane Project

The objective of this activity is to develop Performance-Based Contract options tailored for the city of Kigali as it gears up for the implementation of the Dedicated Bus Lane project, supported by the World Bank. This support is an integral part of PPIAF's Africa Critical Upstream Initiative, which endeavors to catalyze a substantial shift in the financing and execution of high-quality, sustainable infrastructure projects across Africa. As an already identified binding constraint to private participation in the urban transport sector it is proposed that this project moves forward as an early intervention under the Africa Critical Upstream Initiative.
