Peru: Support to the government to enhance its capacity in PPP infrastructure project preparation and implementation

The objective of the activity is to support the government of Peru to operationalize the special project offices (OEGEP) within relevant ministries as approved by Legislative Decree 1543 in 2022. The support will include one pilot project and procurement support for a Project Management Office. Additionally, the activity will include recommendations for the drafting of guidelines for the Ministry of Economy and Finance to implement best practices in the establishment of OEGEPs and procurement of PMOs.
