NIGERIA: PPP Support Program-Preparation of Fiscal Commitment and Contingent Liabilities (FCCL) management guidelines and capacity building

This proposed activity aims at providing  support to the government of Nigeria (both at the federal and state levels) to improve the legal and institutional framework for PPPs and increase the capacity of the government to undertake PPP transactions. It is expected that this activity could be replicated across other Nigerian states in developing state-level PPP programs.
