MYANMAR: PPP Framework Strengthening and Preparation of Project OBCs

The activity aims to support the Government of Myanmar (“GoM”) to prioritize major infrastructure investment needs and mobilize private sector investment into infrastructure. In particular, the activity will support GoM in i) designing and making operational the PPP Centre (including organizational structure and capacity building); ii) supporting the assessment, management, and monitoring of PPP-related fiscal commitments and contingent liabilities (FCCLs); iii) developing a policy on USPs; and iv) developing three outline business cases to help develop a pipeline of priority PPP projects.
