MALI: Support for PPP Framework Design and Project Pipeline Development

Supporting the Government of Mali with the upstream strategic work needed at a sector and project level to move the PPP program forward in a way that will contribute to sustainable development to benefit the regional PPP agenda, given that the country depends largely on regional projects.
