Lao PDR: Institutional Readiness Program for Highway Sector PPPs

PPIAF supported the Government of Lao PDR (GOL) to develop an institutional framework and to build the government's capacity to PPP projects to be delivered. This support was aimed at building institutional framework that allow the government to be an effective counterparty to the National Road 13 NR13 project and thereafter other future projects.
