KENYA: PPP Unit Support (Phase II)

Assisting the Kenya PPP unit to develop finance regulations for the PPP Bill and direct agreement for funding, and providing follow-up assistance and mentoring for two pilot transactions. This activity buildings on the initial phase of PPIAF support with the strengthening and Harmonization of the Legal, Regulatory and Institutional Framework for the PPP Program in Kenya.
