KENYA: PPP Support Program – Phase 1

As part of PPIAFs support to the Kenya PPP framework, the program undertook a phased technical assistance activity aimed at supporting the institutions that form part of the PPP mechanism at the national or at the county level to help them develop strong, successful and bankable PPP projects. Support in the initial phase of the activity was in the development of PPP projects via the screening of the existing pipeline as well as identification of any additional projects to the pipeline and in the initialization of functioning of the Project Facilitation Fund (PFF) through the development of detailed governance and operational manual.
