JORDAN: Conducting a shadow credit rating and improving accounting standards for the greater Amman municipality

The objective of this activity is to conduct a shadow credit rating for the Greater Amman Municipality by a reputable international credit rating agency. The proposed shadow credit rating methodology will consider the city’s economic performance, financial management, budgetary performance, liquidity, debt burden, etc. The team will also provide technical assistance to adopt International Public Sector Accounting Standards accrual accounting.
