IRAQ: Assessing Private and commercial financing potential in the Transport and Digital Sectors of Iraq

This activity will support an assessment of opportunities and constraints for private and commercial investment in the transport and digital connectivity sectors in Iraq through an analysis of cross-cutting issues related to financing, funding, and governance issues in each sector. It will help the Government of Iraq (GoI) to formulate a roadmap for developing green, inclusive, integrated and sustainable infrastructure through the identification of priority institutional, regulatory and governance reforms that can help to unlock private and commercial financing for infrastructure investment priorities.
