GUINEA: PPP program Phase III - Institutional Strengthening and Capacity Building to Support a Sustainable PPP program

The overall objective of this  Donor’s programmatic engagement is to support the Government of Guinea (GoG) in its effort to  create and  strengthen an enabling policy and regulatory environment which will help the GoG to develop  and implement  PPP infrastructure projects across sectors that support sustainable economic growth and equitable access to basic services.  The phase 3 programmatic support covers guidelines and toolkit development as well as extensive capacity building program on Fiscal Commitment & Contingent Liability (FCCL), the PPP certification and financial analysis.  This support will be completed by pipeline development (funded by IFC) and two in-house experts to support the Ministry of PPP and the PPP unit ( at the Ministry of Finance).
