GUINEA: Non-Revenue Water (NRW) Reduction Assessment to support SEG in preparation for the future Management Contract

The objective of this activity is to improve SEG’s ability to effectively manage non-revenue water (NRW). To achieve this outcome, the activity has been structured into three main components (i) Initial NRW Assessment; (ii) Expanded/Field Assessment, and (iii) Workshops/Outreach. PPIAF supported the water utility SEG in identifying key issues and opportunities for NRW reduction through the initiation of an NRW assessment. This first assessment will feed the implementation of a program called Projet d’Amélioration des Critères Technico-commerciaux or PACT initiated by AFD and part of the IDA-funded Guinea Urban Water Project (P157782).
