GLOBAL: USP II - UNSOLICITED PROPOSALS: COMPLEMENTING THE GUIDELINES AND CREATING CASE STUDIES

This knowledge product continues previous PPIAF work on policy guidelines for managing unsolicited proposals (USPs) in infrastructure projects. It provides guidance on properly interpreting those guidelines to drive value for money and increase competitiveness for infrastructure projects generated from USPs. The earlier guidelines established a policy framework for considering USPs, which are investor-initiated proposals outside normal procurement processes. It also includes case studies to illustrate how the guidelines can be applied in real-world scenarios.
