GLOBAL: Study on Long Term Local Currency Finance

The proposed activity is to support the development of Local Capital Markets and expand Local Currency Financing for climate and infrastructure finance in key pilot countries. The project will include a desk review of countries with established capital markets and use the findings to develop lessons learned and recommendations to middle-income countries with a need for local currency financing for infrastructure and climate investments. 
This activity is the first part of a program on Long Term Local Currency finance and aims to develop the global knowledge components of this program.
