Global: Private sector participation through operations concessions in electricity distribution

The proposed activity aims to enhance the understanding of World Bank's energy task teams and client countries on operations concession contracts in electricity distribution, through the following two tasks:
•    Task 1: Develop operations concession model for private sector participation (PSP) in distribution and develop sample concession documents for World Bank client countries, and
•    Task 2: Develop guidance notes on specific issues in PSP model choice and implementation.
