ECUADOR: Support to Implement PPP Legal Framework

The activity looks to support the following:

(i) PPP regulation. Support the government of Ecuador and the recently created Technical Secretariat for Public-Private Partnerships and Delegated Management in the development of the regulatory instruments to generate an enabling environment to attract international private investment;

(ii) Capacity Building. Organize a workshop including four-day training and a half-day exam for 20 participants based on the APMG PPP certification program’s Foundation level, strengthening national capacity, and supporting institutional development to improve economic opportunities and productivity in Ecuador.
