Djibouti: Renewable energy access project

The objective of this activity is to develop the required policy, legal and strategic instruments required to increase private sector participation in Djibouti’s energy sector generation and distribution. This activity aims to strengthen the whole sector capacity by articulating long-term policies and strategies to integrate renewable technologies fully into its electricity production and climate mitigation measures. This will contribute to the country's vision to draw 100% of its electricity from renewables of by 2035.
