COLOMBIA: Support for the Regional Water Market Structuring in Municipality Clusters in Colombia – Phase II Bogota-Cundinamarca

The activity is to design a strategy and an implementation plan for the regionalization of drinking water, sanitation, and cleaning services in the Bogotá-Cundinamarca region with information deriving from a comprehensive quantitative and qualitative study on the viability of one or several regional business schemes. The regional entities would be responsible for the integration and provision of services with lower costs, optimal quality, autonomy, and sustainability over the course of 20 years.
