COLOMBIA: Support the Government of Colombia in the Identification and Prioritization of Next-Generation Multimodal Transport Infrastructure Project

Provide advice and recommendations to update the government of Colombia’s (GoC) climate resilient multimodal transport infrastructure pipeline. The analysis will review the infrastructure pipeline set forth in the GoC 2020 Railway Masterplan, the 5G PPP pipeline, and the ongoing GoC efforts to update the 2016 Multimodal Transport Master Plan (PMTI).
