COLOMBIA: Institutional Strengthening of the National Development Financing Entity (FDN) to promote Best Practices in Investments of Institutional Investors in Road PPPs

Creating a framework for sustainable infrastructure financing in Colombia with a strong capital markets component. Developing such a framework will require the selection and financial structuring of one or two pilot projects to help Colombian institutional investors and FDN build capacity in all relevant areas related to project finance for infrastructure through the capital markets.
