CAMBODIA: Support to Development of a Framework for Sustainable Piped Water Supply Expansion with PSP

The activity aims to propose a strategy for public sector interventions seeking to leverage: 
-    operational efficiency (technical and financial) in provision of piped water supply services 
-    increased private investment in piped water supply infrastructure and services
-    alignment of roles and responsibilities (or risks) with stakeholder interests and concerns, particularly in privately executed PWS schemes
