BANGLADESH: Strengthening the PPP Institutional and Regulatory Framework

The Public Private Partnerships Authority, through the Economic Relations Division of the Government of Bangladesh, has formally requested support from PPIAF to prepare a PPP Handbook and operation manuals (e.g. covering Project Identification, Project Development, PPP Procurement), together with training in these areas, as well as developing a pipeline of PPP projects.
