ARMENIA: Support the Government of Armenia's High Voltage Electric Networks to Improve Their Creditworthiness

The objective of the proposed activity is to support Armenia's electricity transmission company, High Voltage Electric Networks (HVEN), to carry out the preparatory work and implement reforms required for securing acceptable credit ratings from reputable international rating agencies, which would set the stage for implementing the first transaction to attract long-term commercial financing.
