ANGOLA: Water PPP Program Development

The proposed technical assistance seeks to: i) identify and develop projects in the sector that might be attractive for PPP development, ii) establish a program that supports the realization of the sector PPP pipeline and iii) strengthen the capacity of sector and PPP institutions in the country to successfully identify, prepare, procure and manage water PPP projects. Thus, the Angola Water PPP Program Development specifically seeks to establish, alongside the PPP projects, a support program that could help PPP companies achieve bankability to finance their capital expenditures by offering relevant government support in a systematic, transparent and credible manner.
