ANGOLA: Support to the water sector reform through a pilot PPP transaction in Cabinda
Angola has made impressive reforms in the water sector over the past decade with support from the World Bank and other development partners. Only in the last 5 years, Angola has set up autonomous utilities to operate and manage water and sanitation services in the country’s various provinces. In order to strengthen the management of water utilities, Angola has turned to private contractors under management contracts.
