AFRICA: Scaling up private sector participation in road asset Phase II

This proposed activity will help operationalize the third-generation approach in selected Countries (Kenya, Ivory Coast), focusing on: (i)- Institutional, legal and enabling environment to scale up private sector participation in road asset
management; and (ii) - Road funds and road agency reforms.
This proposed activity will help initiate the 2nd phase of the Africa Road Resilience Study and roll-out climate vulnerability assessments in both countries.
