AFRICA: Agenda for informal transit reforms in Sub Saharan Africa cities

The objective is (a) to increase  capacity in SSA cities to enhanced private sector participation in urban transport; and (b) to address the lack of data on paratransit sector in Africa towards creating a sustainable framework that can guide informal transit sector reforms in African cities. This roadmap will serve as a strategic plan and outline the major steps or milestones needed to achieve the desired outcome, but also guide the development of policies adapted to African cities and enhance private sector participation in urban transport.
