AFGHANISTAN: Supporting the Development of a PPP Program: Phase II

To maintain the PPP program momentum that had been successfully established through Phase I. The objective of this activity is to further support GoIRA to increase its capacity to identify and develop a PPP project pipeline that can support GoIRA’s national development strategy to implement PPP projects.
