Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Specialist In charge of Monitoring and Learning

Svitlana, a Ukrainian national, joined PPIAF in July 2018 as a Global Knowledge Portfolio Coordinator. As of December 2018, she coordinates the monitoring and evaluation agenda at PPIAF and provides advice on context driven design and monitoring to maximize the impact of PPIAF’s technical assistance. Svitlana has 8+ years of experience in business regulations and compliance, risk mitigation in emerging markets and corporate governance. Previously, she worked on the PFRAM and Procuring Infrastructure PPPs, supported Performance Evaluation team at the Social Impact, Ukraine in Europe initiative at the Atlantic Council and Citi Group Corporate Client Relations in Ukraine. She also spent two years at Sayari Analytics, investigating money-laundering schemes in Europe and Latin America. Svitlana holds a Master of Arts degree in German and European Studies and a Landegger’s Honor’s Certificate in International Business Diplomacy from the Walsh School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University. She has earned her Bachelor’s degree in Economics and German from Bates College. She is APMG certified in Foundation, Preparation and Execution of PPPs and has working knowledge of six languages.
