Erkin Yalcin

Senior Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist In charge of Impact Assessments and Results Framework management

Erkin, a Turkish national, joined PPIAF in July 2018. Erkin is a Senior Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Specialist with 15 years of experience working with the World Bank (WB), International Finance Corporation (IFC), and the European Union (EU). Before PPIAF, Erkin worked for the major evaluations of the Independent Evaluation Group (IEG) of the World Bank Group. He is an Urban Planner with Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Master of Public Management (University of Maryland, College Park) degrees. He has certifications in CP3P® (Certified PPP Professional by APMG), development evaluation (IPDET), and corporate sustainability (Harvard University) with a focus on green practices, energy & innovation. Prior to the Bank, he worked for the Turkish State Planning Organization (SPO) as a Planning Specialist mainly responsible for management of EU regional development programmes.
