Celine, a French national, joined PPIAF in May 2015. Celine is based in PPIAF’s field office in Dakar and helps oversee PPIAF portfolio in Western, Central and North Africa. Previously, Celine worked for the EU-Africa infrastructure trust Fund managed by the EIB, where she was in charge of advising on grant applications and coordinating projects monitoring. Celine also worked for the GIZ in Senegal, as an energy advisor responsible for designing and overseeing energy efficiency activities and for the monitoring and evaluation of the GIZ Program. Celine studied International Economics in Lyon (University Lyon II) and Frankfurt (Goethe University) and she holds a Master's degree in Development Economics from the CERDI (University of Clermont Ferrand) in France.
