ANGOLA: Support to the water sector reform through a pilot PPP transaction in Cabinda

Assisting the Government of Angola in defining the options and the strategy for structuring a PPP in the province of Cabinda. The scope of work is defined through four components: (i) Preliminary Assessments, (ii) Stakeholder Engagement, (iii) Preparation: Options and Strategy for Structuring a PPP scheme in Cabinda, and (iv) Lessons learning and capacity building support. In addition, the World Bank will fund technical assistance for due diligence and project development work.
