GHANA: Institutional Reform of the Ghana Water Company Ltd (GWCL) to Improve the Provision of Urban Water Services in Ghana (Phase 3)

Providing a forum for discussion of the performance contracts and capacity building on key aspects to improve water service performance. The workshop took place on May 6 – 9th 2013 and reviewed and revised the draft performance contracts with the key actors who would be responsible for achieving their outcomes, or their enforcement. The workshop also aimed to strengthen participants’ capacity such that they could more efficiently run a modern water utility.
