Juliana Bedoya Carmona

Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist

Juliana, a Colombian national, joined PPIAF in August 2013. Juliana coordinates the monitoring and evaluation agenda at PPIAF, ensuring the effectiveness, thoroughness, and accuracy of the organization’s M&E efforts. Previously Juliana served as Research Fellow for FrontlineSMS in Nairobi, Kenya where she contributed to the organization’s monitoring and evaluation framework. She also worked for five years at the Organization of American States as an Education Specialist and Focal Point on Youth coordinating the organization’s agenda on youth. Juliana holds a Master of Arts in Law and Diplomacy from the Fletcher School at Tufts University where she focused her studies on Development Economics and International Public and NGO Management. She also holds a professional title on Government and International Relations from the Universidad Externado de Colombia and a certificate in Project Management from Georgetown University.
